MSLEA05 Electrolyte Analyzer for Lab Test
Intended Use: The Na+, K+, Cl- ,Ca2+ methods on the CBS Electrolyte Analyzer system are in Vitro diagnostic tests intended for the quantitative measurement of Sodium, Potassium, Ionized Calcium and Chloride in serum and Urine. They are also intended for the quantitative measurement of Na+ ,K+, Cl- , Ca2+ in diluted urine.
Summary: The Sodium, Potassium, Ionized Calcium and Chloride methods use direct sensing Multi-Biosensor Module (MBM) to develop an electrical potential proportional to the activity of each specific ion in the sample.

MSLEA05 Electrolyte Analyzer for Lab Test
Principles of Procedure: CBS multi-sensor has four ion selective electrodes ( ISE) measuring ion concentration of sodium, potassium, Ionized Calcium and chloride in sample. Another chloride electrode is integrated in cartridge as a reference electrode. Each ion selective membrane undergoes a specific reaction with the ion contained in the sample. The membrane reacts to the difference of potential of sample and the standard solution A and calculation. Then ion concentration in the sample is determined.
Installation: Open the bag, put module into the box, close the cover . Installation details please refer to "MSLEA05 Electrolyte Analyzer Manual."
Sample Collection: The samples collection of serum and urine by routine method can be used in CBS-Multi-sensor.
1. Plasma samples by rapid centrifugation of heparinized whole blood, were isolated from the red blood cells, and seal the sample in a test tube;
2. Serum samples collected in a blood collection cup, 30 minutes and centrifuged to remove serum clot, sealed tube;
3. Urine samples were collected at random in accordance with statutes or 24-hour urine.
