MSLK230 Wheel Microtome is presented to universities, hospitals, laboratories and research institutes for slicing sections of plant and zoological tissue or pathological sections. As a wheel microtome, it is used for cutting paraffin block. It can as well be use for cutting instant frozen sections when a set of semiconductor freezer is equipped with. We suggest slicing a limited area of section; otherwise you will get jumping sections or sections with irregular thickness. Therefore, the maximum area of section should be sliced within 10×10mm. Range of section thickness adjustment is from 1to 25μm, with 1μm as its interval(100μm=1mm)
