To ensure the safety of oxygen therapy, patients must pay attention

The following matters:

First, the oxygen-absorbing device consists of an oxygen cylinder, an oxygen meter, an oxygen delivery tube, and an oxygen-absorbing nasal tube.

(一) There is a master switch at the top of the oxygen tank to control the release of oxygen. When used, the master switch will be rotated counterclockwise for 1/4 of a week to release enough oxygen. When not in use, the master switch should be closed to prevent leakage of oxygen.

(二) Oxygen meter Please go to the regular medical device center and purchase according to the instructions for use. The oxygen meter consists of the following parts.

1. The pressure brake indicates the oxygen pressure in the bottle. The greater the pressure, the more oxygen should be charged. After inflated, the pressure in the bottle is generally 12-14 cells. When the pressure in the bottle drops to a half grid, it cannot be used to prevent dust and other impurities from entering the bottle. When it is inflated again, it will cause an explosion hazard and affect the oxygen purity.

2. The flow meter is a buoy structure, the indicator of the amount of oxygen outflow per minute, the buoy floating on a grid, the oxygen flow is a research clock, there is a switch under the flow meter

3. Wetted bottles are used to moisturize oxygen. Bottles are filled with 1/3----1/water, and fresh water should be replaced once every 3-5 days.

4. Pressure reducer and safety valve for salt pressure and ensure oxygen safety.

(三) The oxygen delivery tube is drawn from a humidified bottle and the nasal cannula is connected to oxygen for the patient. The nasal canal should be kept clean and washed with clean water before and after each use.
