How to use HbsAg Rapid Test Cassette
Allow test, specimen, buffer and / or control to reach room temperature (15-30 ° C) before the test.
1. Open the bag to room temperature and open. Remove the test box from it. Seal the bag and use it as soon as possible.
2. Place the tape on a clean, flat surface
For serum or plasma samples:
Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3 drops of serum or plasma (About 75 μL) to Test hole in the test box and start the timer. See below.
For VeniDbone whole blood samples:
Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3 drops of whole blood (approximately 75 μl)
The specimen area is then filled with 1 drop of buffer (approximately 40 μL) and then start the Timer. See the following illustration.
For Fingerstick whole blood samples
Use capillaries: Fill capillaries and transfer about 75 μl Fingerticks

Wait for the color line to appear. Read the result in 15-30 minutes. Do not interpret the result 30 minutes later.
