Specimen Collection
1. Before collecting oral fluid relax your cheeks and gently massage cheeks with fingers for15-30s.
2. Put the rubber collector in the collection tube, then place the saliva collector close to your lips and allow the saliva to flow into the collection tube.
The saliva volume must be on the First/ owest scale mark (approx 400 μL). If the saliva volume is too large, remove the excess saliva with a dropper until the final solution is reduced to the First/ owest scale mark (approx 400μL)
