In we currently offer two warranties. Our standard warranty offers one year of coverage on all MSL manufactured products. The MSL lifetime maintenance Program offers lifetime coverage for our MSL ultrasound machine and probe.

Highlights
The warranty covers defects in the manufacturing of the goods.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage of the goods while in storage or use.
MSL will ensure only authentic/original MSL brand parts are used when servicing equipment.
Failure to have equipment serviced by an authorized MSL service center invalidates the warranty.
Failure to use authentic/original MSL parts on or within equipment by Customer invalidates warranty.
All MSL ultrasound machines and accessories are delivered, serviced and maintained by our service center in China. It is staffed by our experienced service personnel ensuring dedicated customer focus and quick turnaround at all times.

Highlights
lifetime maintenance Program available on all new MSL ultrasound machines and future models purchased from September 1, 2011. It stays in place for as long as Customer owns and all service requirements are met.
lifetime maintenance Program includes MSL ultrasound machine with MSL probe. Viewers, batteries, chargers and other consumables are not included in the lifetime maintenance Program, standard warranty still applies.
Existing MSL ultrasound machine customers will be advised of any costs that may be required to get their system to the required functional level to be accepted into the lifetime maintenance Program.
Full warranty coverage and replacement on all parts excluding accidental damage and misuse of MSL ultrasound system. MSL advises that Customer should have full accidental damage insurance for their MSL.

MSL the best customer service technician is the one you never have to see.
Our software-based architecture allows us to commonly diagnose and resolve issues remotely over the Internet or phone. This helps minimize system down time and impact on department productivity. If the scan module does require service, it can be sent directly to our service department for repair and exchanged with a loaner via overnight courier within 24 hours.
MSL Service maintenance agreements are available for ongoing system maintenance, access to our help desk and software upgrades. The agreements also provides discounts on certain accessories.
